Refund policy
If your purchase was made in-spa, you have 30 days to contact me and arrange a day and time to physically return the item at my place of business (within that 30 days).
If your purchase was made online, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and drop it off with a courier to be shipped back.
Products can be returned if unused or if 25% or less of the product has been used for full refund or store credit. The original cost of shipping when you purchased the product will not be refunded, and it is up to the customer to pay for the cost of shipping to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
In-spa returns: A refund or credit will be given or an exchange can be made (your choice) when I receive your returned product(s) and it is either unused or 25% or less has been used, and the product is unaltered.
Online returns: I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at info@caehlin.com. A refund will be given when I receive your package and it is in the condition mentioned.
